What an incredible team! The studio has a great buzz about it with a community feel, all equipment is well maintained and very clean. The fabulous instructors are very knowledgeable and happy to help you achieve your goals and push you that little bit further, all whilst great tunes are in the background! Loved their intro offer that helped concrete my decision to continue with the weekly workouts – worth a try if you’re considering trying something new/different, you won’t look back!

I never could have expected what an excellent workout you get using the reformer machine. The studio is modern, clean and air-conditioned with fantastic instructors that help you get that little bit more out of your workout with their personalised attention! The 45 minute classes feel like 5 mins, but I am already seeing results after just 2 weeks! Loving this place and team!

I was recommended to come here by a friend and have since recommended so many others to go too! The team are welcoming, friendly and professional. They always make sure I work hard to get the most out of it. The facility and machines are always clean and the TVs are great for me to check I’m doing it right (and how much longer is left haha!) Highly recommend!!
