Mums & Bubs starts again on Thursday 24 June at 10:30am, and each Thursday thereafter. Join us for the funnest Mums Group in town whilst you get bonding time with your little one/s and regain your core strength at the same time!

CRÈCHE OPEN! Mondays & Fridays at 9:30am

Our studio offers child-minding during the 9:30am classes on Monday & Friday (with more crèche classes coming to the timetable soon!) to help support our Mums and Dads who find it hard to get some time to themselves.

Children are looked after by a child minder in a separate room right next to the studio room. We have no age restrictions for this service. Book yourself into the 9:30am class and your child or children into the corresponding crèche class on the timetable.
